Good
I had low expectations on Service and Food based on recent reviews. However, I found the service is really good and prompt. Food was not exceptional but good. In-room service was also good and timely. They deliver the food in ecofriendly takeaway type packaging, so you can carry the food as well. Breakfast spread is limited but serves my need. There are some activities (like zip line, rope climb, in door games / video games) inside the property with reasonable pricing and the staffs are polite and helpful.
Property is old, rooms could have been maintained better. Bathroom is really small for a suite room. Also, it was smelling bad.

Hotel view and scenery are good , and activities are available.breakfast buffet with decent south Indian food. Balcony ,
Rooms service needs to be improved, amenities need to be provided . Very late response from housekeeping. Reception and house keeping are not responding after 10pm
